Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are assembled and filled to order at our lab and typically dispatched within 24 hours (business days). You will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Cost & Delivery
- Free shipping on orders over $75.
- Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
- Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances are personal-care products, so returns are handled as follows:
- Unopened items: may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, sealed condition for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Opened or used items: cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Our discovery sets exist precisely so you can explore scents at low risk before committing to a full size.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email support@olfx.io with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after we process it.
