Where We Ship

We ship spray and roll-on orders to every country. Digital formulas are delivered by email, worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are assembled and filled to order at our lab and typically dispatched within 24 hours (business days). You will receive a confirmation when your order ships. Tracking is provided for United States orders.

Shipping Cost

  • United States: $5 flat rate.
  • All other countries: $10 flat rate.
  • Free shipping on orders of $60 or more, to any country.
  • Digital formulas have no shipping cost.

Delivery Times

  • United States: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: typically 7–14 days.
  • Rest of the world: up to 21 days.
  • Digital formula, $19.99 — prepared by hand and emailed within 1–2 days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are paid by the buyer. They are not included in our prices or shipping cost.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances are personal-care products, so returns are handled as follows:

  • Unopened items: may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, sealed condition for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Opened or used items: cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Our discovery sets exist precisely so you can explore scents at low risk before committing to a full size.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after we process it.
