Pepper Amber is blended in-house as an Extrait de Parfum, the richest form we make, and sold direct from our own store. Spicy-amber fragrances thin out fastest at lower concentrations, and Extrait strength keeps the pepper and elemi present instead of fading into flat warmth within minutes. The 50 ml spray is the bottle this page is built around, with the 10 ml perfume oil in the same size selector for anyone who prefers to dab.
Pepper Amber is built around neroli, black pepper, elemi, vetiver, amber, and cedarwood — the same accord found in Zielinski & Rozen Black Pepper. It opens sharp and bright: neroli first, green and faintly citrus, like orange-blossom water on warm stone. Cracked black pepper follows almost at once, dry and tingling, with elemi threading a resinous warmth underneath.
Give it a few minutes and the pepper softens into the elemi rather than fading, so the middle reads spicy and resinous at once. There is no sweetness to round it off; the transition stays dry, closer to bark and resin than sugar.
The base is where the accord settles: vetiver brings a rooty dryness, amber adds a warm, waxy glow, and cedarwood finishes it with a sanded, pencil-shaving edge close to the skin. Worn together, Pepper Amber reads like a warm library shelf — pepper and resin up front, dry wood and amber underneath.
Pepper Amber is our Extrait de Parfum answer to the accord found in Zielinski & Rozen Black Pepper.

Pepper Amber is built around the accord that keeps reviewers of Zielinski & Rozen Black Pepper coming back for three reasons. The first is the complexity reviewers find in a short ingredient list, calling the result more refined than they expected. The second is how smoothly the pepper sits over the vetiver base, with no harsh edge even close to the skin. The third is how easily it moves between daytime and evening wear, with an ambery dry-down wearers call easy to return to. That dry, spicy-ambery character is what we built Pepper Amber around.
Pepper Amber is sold as a 50 ml Extrait spray, with a 10 ml perfume oil available in the same size selector.

Different house, different formula, same accord. We are selling you our reading of a character you already know, under our own name.
Pepper Amber is for anyone whose fragrance shelf already leans warm and spicy: amber, pepper, cedar, or vetiver-driven scents you already reach for. If dry, resinous woods appeal to you more than sweet gourmands, this Extrait will feel familiar from the first few minutes. Its fall-and-winter character makes it best matched to cooler weather and evening layers.
Pepper Amber is part of our spicy-woody range, with three nearby directions worth comparing. Safari Leather leans the same base toward leather and warm savanna tones, Gold Bar adds cinnamon over a sweeter, leathery base, and Imperial Wood keeps the dry cedar and vetiver but trades pepper for a fresher opening. Choose by the note you want to notice first.
Pepper Amber is our answer to the questions people ask about the Zielinski & Rozen Black Pepper accord.
Zielinski & Rozen presents Black Pepper, Vetiver, Neroli, Amber as unisex, and community discussion agrees it wears the same regardless of who puts it on. Pepper Amber follows the same approach: one composition, in the 50 ml spray or the 10 ml oil.
Community descriptions center on a dry, spicy-woody character: cracked pepper up top, a smooth vetiver base, and a soft ambery finish close to the skin. Pepper Amber is our Extrait built around that same accord.
The name comes from two family surnames: Zielinski from founder Erez Rozen's mother, Rozen from his father, with the house tracing its story to a perfumery tradition rooted in old Jaffa. That history belongs to the original house; Pepper Amber is the accord we built from it.
Community discussion describes it as comfortable for daytime and evening wear alike, warming on skin as the day goes on. Pepper Amber is built for that same role: pick the spray for regular wear or the oil for close application.
Independent listings add cedarwood alongside the core neroli-pepper-elemi-vetiver-amber structure, giving the base its sanded edge. Pepper Amber includes that same cedarwood facet in the 50 ml spray.
Pepper Amber is an independent Extrait de Parfum interpretation, so check the accord and format before ordering. Confirm the neroli-pepper-elemi-vetiver-amber-cedarwood direction is the one you want, then pick the spray for regular application or the oil for closer wear in the size selector above. Add the 50 ml Extrait de Parfum spray to your cart.
Reference details. OLFx notes follow the Zielinski & Rozen Black Pepper accord published on the brand's own European product page — neroli top; black pepper and elemi heart; vetiver, amber, and cedarwood base — cross-checked against an independent fragrance-database listing showing the same structure; both checked August 2026. Positive themes above are paraphrased from public fragrance-community discussion, not quoted; no verified review-frequency corpus was accessible for this fragrance, so word-frequency shares are omitted. The retail anchor reflects a US-based retailer's listing of the 100 ml Eau de Parfum at $92, checked August 2026; the brand has no dedicated US storefront, so a second independent USD listing could not be confirmed.
