A secret Venetian garden where magnolia and lilac drift on salty lagoon air.
Christine Nagel was inspired by a hidden garden on the Venetian lagoon, where flowers grow against the brine. Sheer magnolia, pittosporum-like white florals and a saline marine accord rest on pale driftwood and soft musks, all painted in watercolor transparency.
