OLFx Island Lime is a Virgin Island Water dupe — our Extrait de Parfum built around coconut, lime, ginger, and white rum. It is available as a 50 ml spray; a separate 10 ml perfume oil is also available.
Coconut flesh cracked open on a hot dock, lime juice running down the side, a thread of rum underneath. Choose the 50 ml Extrait spray and make it your everyday bottle.

Island Lime is an Extrait de Parfum made and sold as an OLFx composition. We built it around the coconut-lime character people recognize in Virgin Island Water, with the 50 ml spray as the main format and the oil kept as a separate product. Choose the 50 ml spray for the complete spray experience.
Island Lime is a coconut-citrus Extrait built around coconut, lime, ginger, and white rum. It opens sharp and juicy, lime cutting straight across the nose before coconut has a chance to settle in. A few minutes on, coconut moves to the front — not toasted, more like the milk pressed straight from fresh flesh, cool rather than sweet. Ginger threads through the middle with a faint, warm bite, keeping the accord from turning flat. Underneath, white rum and sugar cane bring a soft, boozy warmth, closer to raw cane juice than dessert syrup. The base settles close to the skin, musky and quiet, the kind of dry-down that reads like salt water drying on warm skin rather than a cocktail.
Island Lime is an OLFx composition built around the same central accord as Virgin Island Water.

Island Lime is built around the coconut-lime character that wearers praise in Virgin Island Water. One wearer says the coconut and lime are blended to perfection, calling it the definition of summer in a bottle. Another finds it absolutely amazing, pointing to the coconut and lime with a touch of sweetness coming through clearly. A third describes it as a true vacation fragrance that evokes a sense of happiness and reminds them of a beach walk. Among the top 213 reviews, coconut appears in 54.0%, lime in 37.6%, and tropical in 18.3%. That bright, coconut-lime character is what we built Island Lime around.
Island Lime is sold first as a 50 ml Extrait spray, while the 10 ml perfume oil is a separate product.
| Format | Size | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Extrait de Parfum spray | 50 ml | The main choice for everyday spray application. |
| Perfume oil | 10 ml | Close application by touch for people who already prefer oils. |
The oil is a separate product in its own right, built for touch application rather than a full spray cloud. If that is already your preference, choose the 10 ml size in the selector above; otherwise, the 50 ml spray stays the main format on this page.
Island Lime is an independent OLFx composition, not Creed Virgin Island Water or its formula. It is built around the same coconut-lime-rum accord through our own composition and proportions. Virgin Island Water retails around $470.

Island Lime is for anyone whose fragrance shelf already leans toward coconut and citrus. If your rotation includes tropical, rum, or beach-adjacent accords, this bright, carefree direction will feel familiar. Choose it when you want something sunny and casual rather than formal, especially through the warmer months.
Island Lime is part of our coconut and citrus range, with three nearby directions worth comparing. White Sun keeps the coconut but leans into musk rather than lime, Tonka Cola trades the marine freshness for a sweeter citrus-tonka pairing, and Gym Candy shares the coconut base but shifts toward bergamot and tonka bean. Choose by the note you want to notice first.
Island Lime is our OLFx answer to the questions people ask about the Virgin Island Water accord.
Several brands market alternatives built around the same coconut-lime-rum profile, and how closely each follows it varies by brand. Our answer to that accord is Island Lime in a 50 ml Extrait spray.
Virgin Island Water opens with coconut, lime, and white bergamot, moves through ginger and ylang-ylang, and settles into white rum, sugar cane, and musk. We built Island Lime around that same direction.
Quality varies by brand and by which Creed fragrance is being matched, so we do not rank other companies' interpretations in general. What we stand behind is Island Lime, built around the verified Virgin Island Water accord in a 50 ml Extrait spray.
Island Lime is built around the verified coconut-lime-rum direction shown above. Choose the spray for regular spray application; choose the separate oil only if you already prefer oils. Choose the 50 ml Extrait spray and make Island Lime part of your rotation.
Review-word shares are measured among the top 213 reviews and show word occurrence, not approval. The original note pyramid is confirmed by two independent sources — an independent fragrance database and the brand's own boutique product page — both checked August 2026. The retail anchor is the arithmetic mean of two US luxury retailers listing the same 100 ml Eau de Parfum size, both checked August 2026. Impressions attributed to Creed Virgin Island Water refer to that fragrance.
